Unsolicited Outreach Statement – Recruitment Agencies

Colas Australia Group and its affiliates and subsidiaries have an internal Human Resources team. Colas Australia Group may supplement from time to time with the assistance of staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”). Agencies are hereby specifically directed not to contact Colas Australia Group coworkers directly to present candidates – Colas Australia Group’s HR Team must present all candidates to hiring managers.

To protect the interests of all parties, Colas Australia Group will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to Colas Australia Group, including unsolicited resumes sent to a Colas Australia Group mailing address, fax machine or email address, directly to Colas Australia Group coworkers, or to Colas Australia Group database will be considered Colas Australia Group’s property. Colas Australia Group will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. Colas Australia Group will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.

Agency must obtain advance written approval from Colas Australia Group’s HR Team to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed placement agreement. Colas Australia Group will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
