GET READY FOR COLAS TEAM CUP: 2025–26

The Colas Team Cup has become a highlight of our company’s culture, showcasing teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie among employees. Now, along with the COLAS Foundation, it works towards social and professional integration withing our Group.

Launched in 2017-2018, the inaugural event brought together 270 competitors from 24 nations in Paris, where they participated in thrilling running relays and soccer tournaments. The shared experiences and bonds formed during this first edition set the stage for future competitions.

The second edition, 2019-2020 with its finals in Meudon, France, expanded on this success with over 3500 participants from around the globe taking part in running and soccer matches, as well as a talent competition. Participants celebrated their diverse talents and forged lasting connections, all while embodying Colas’ values of caring, sharing, and daring.

The third edition, in 2022-2023, saw the introduction of student competitors, further enhancing the spirit of collaboration and engagement. Over 4300 people from around the world were involved in the qualifying rounds. The finals took place in Marrakech, Morocco, and was a vibrant celebration of teamwork and sportsmanship. This edition focused on 3 main activities; running, five-a-side soccer, and introduced the Incredible Talents category, which included things like musical performances!

As we look forward to the fourth edition in 2025-2026, excitement is building for another chance to unite our global workforce. We anticipate more inspiring performances, greater participation, and unforgettable memories.
