CNS DEBUTS A NEW VOGELE 1800-3 PAVER

CNS recently commenced a project for Maitland City Council at Sempil Street. The project involved our Sydney spray seal team applying a 7mm seal under the asphalt surface, which was laid using our new replacement Vogele 1800-3 paver.

This cutting-edge machine is the latest addition to our fleet, designed to enhance efficiency, safety, and performance across our projects.

The Vogele 1800-3 boasts several impressive features, including a high compaction screed with a basic width of 3-6 metres, extendable to 9 metres, ensuring precise and flexible paving. Its 3D-paving technology guarantees exact layer thickness and alignment, significantly improving operational quality and efficiency. The upgraded system features LEDs and custom-designed safety lighting, ensuring superior visibility during night operations. This paver is also the last of its series, making it a unique asset for us. The Vogele 1800- 3’s ErgoPlus technology further reduced fuel consumption and emissions, furthering our commitment to sustainability.

The real benefits of this machine will be brought to fruition over the next two years, with our Tomago team set to commence a solid forward order book that includes paving 125,000 tonnes of asphalt on the John Holland Gamuda Alliance project linking the M1 to the Pacific Hwy North of Newcastle.
