SAMI sponsored the provision of coffee at two barrister-operated stations at the AAPA International Conference held in Sydney. In support of sustainability with reusable coffee cups. When the conference delegates did not use their reusable coffee cups they were obliged to make a gold coin donation towards the Smith Family for having to use a paper cup. SAMI also donated additional funds to the monies collected.
On 4 October Sebastian Chatard, SAMI’s General Manager handed over a cheque for $5000 to the Smith Family Foundation. The funds will be earmarked to provide educational support to children in need. SAMI is proud to be able to give something back to the community by helping educate out future generations and developing the innovators of tomorrow.
